TRACKING OCEAN PLASTIC
North Pacific Ocean
In 2015 I coordinated The Ocean Cleanup's Mega Expedition, which involved 35 sailing boats collecting data on floating plastic waste, as well as a large team of volunteers who joined as citizen scientists . I organised logistics, recruitment and training, as well as all equipment delivery.
SEARCHING FOR WHALE SHARKS PT.1
Mitsio Archipelago, Madagascar
In 2018, I organised my first expedition to explore an area known to host whale sharks, according to our satellite tagging data. I was joined by project co-supervisor Dr. Simon Pierce and journalist Martin Fletcher to explore this remote yet incredibly preserved part of northwest Madagascar.

In 2019 I led MWSP's second expedition onboard research vessel Antsiva, supported by Natural World Safaris. This time with clients, we explored the north-west coast of Madagascar, where, according to our satellite data, whale sharks feed.,
